The Bulkeley Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the following offers at any time.
Stay for 7 nights, only pay for 6 Offer T&Cs
This offer is valid all year round and is subject to availability and only applies to advance bookings made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival for direct bookings with the hotel and does not include bookings made via third party agents. The offer entitles two people to a seven night stay in any of the hotel bedrooms when sharing a room whereby the seventh night is received complimentary including a free breakfast for two people on the seventh morning. The offer applies to bed and breakfast packages only and any other meals are charged at the normal rate. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion.
Upgrade to DBB and receive £10 savings per couple T&Cs
At busy times our restaurants become fully booked and choosing a dinner, bed & breakfast package guarantees that you will receive a table reservation and priority booking for your preferred meal times. A food allocation of £60 per couple allows you to enjoy a three-course meal from our Restaurant menu with supplement charges only applied if you exceed the £60 dinner allocation. By upgrading to a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package the £60 allocation actually only costs £50 as part of the package, so that’s a £10 saving on dinner for having prearranged a half-board package rather than a B&B package and then having bought dinner seperately after your arrival. The food allocation is not applicable to drinks which are charged separately.
Residents Enjoy 10% off Food T&Cs
Residents at The Bulkeley receive 10% off food when presenting their signed room key card holder to the bar, coffee house or Hansom’s restaurant and the food is charged to your room. A discount has already been applied to breakfast for bed & breakfast packages and to dinner for dinner, bed & breakfast packages and so these meals are not applicable to residents staying on these packages and the offer only applies to other food ordered during their stay. The offer applies to food only and no drinks attract the 10% discount.
Fizz Fridays: 25% Off Prosecco or 20% Off Champagne T&Cs
Customers are entitled to 25% Off any bottle of Prosecco or 20% Off a bottle of Veuve Deloynes Champagne when purchased on any Friday. This offer is subject to availability and does not apply to glasses of Prosecco or Champagne or quarter or half bottles but only full bottles and does not apply to other Champagne brands.
The Coffee House Loyalty Card T&Cs
Each time a customer purchases a hot beverage in The Bulkeley House they are entitled to a stamp on their Loyalty Card. Once 7 stamps have been obtained on their 8th Hot Beverage they may receive this hot beverage for Free in exchange for submitting their completed stamped card to the server, and a new blank card may be issued. The loyalty card can be used for cups of Tea and Coffee only and does not apply to Hot Chocolate drinks or Liqueur Coffees.
Free Glass of Wine or 1/2 pint of Beer with a 3 course Lunch T&Cs
When a customer orders a three-course Lunch between 1st January and 26th March 2026 the customer may receive a 125ml glass of red or White House wine or 1/2 pint of beer free of charge. Customers must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for this offer. This offer is applicable to any 3 courses comprising a starter, main course and dessert from the lunch menu or small portions menu, or where a savoury light bite has been ordered from the Coffee House menu together with a starter and dessert from the lunch menu. The 3 courses can not be shared between multiple customers for the offer to be valid. The kids menu is not included in this offer. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Room Roulette Offer T&Cs
This offer is valid every day from 8am for same day bookings throughout January and February 2026. This offer is only valid for bookings direct with the hotel via telephone and is subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking and the £59 room price entitles up to 2 people to one night’s stay subject to availability on the same day of booking and does not include breakfast. Family club rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children for £59. This offer is only available for direct bookings with the hotel and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. The £10 per person breakfast upgrade can only be purchased in conjunction with a £59 Room Roulette offer.
Winter Warmer 2026: Dinner, Bed & Breakfast from £75 per person Offer T&C’s
The Winter Warmer DBB offer entitles two people to a £30 dinner allocation per person for an evening meal in Hansom’s restaurant during their stay AND a free upgrade to a SeaView Room when 2 people share the room on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Luxury, four poster rooms and the SeaView Suite are not included in this offer and the free upgrade is subject to availability of other SeaView room categories. Whilst Luxury and Four Poster Rooms are not included in this offer an upgrade is available at the usual room upgrade surcharge rates. The offer is valid for mid-week stays from Sunday to Thursday 01/01/26 to 26/3/26 excluding 13th & 14th February 2026. It is only applicable to bookings made directly with the hotel and the customer has stated that they wish to book the ‘Winter warmer DBB accommodation offer’ at the time of booking. This offer only applies to advance bookings made at least 24hours in advance of arrival and can not be amended at any later date or it’s value transferred to any cash value. Amendments make the offer invalid. Single-person occupancy supplements apply and only includes one £30 dinner allocation for one person. Dogs attract a £20 surcharge per dog per night. The offer is not applicable to the hotel’s Bar or Coffee Shop. Arrivals before 3pm can only check-in at the discretion of reception if the room is readily available and departure is no later than 11am on the date of departure unless prior arrangement with the hotel has been made and an early-check-in or late-departure surcharge has been agreed to be paid by the customer. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion with the exception of the 10% off all food offer which residents are entitled to as part of their stay, but excluding the £30 pp dinner allocation. Winter Warmer 2026: 3 nights for the Price of 2 Offer T&C’s
The 3 for 2 offer is valid midweek Sunday to Thursday 1/1/26 to 26/3/26 and is subject to availability and only applies to advance bookings made at least 24hours in advance of arrival. The offer entitles two people to a three night stay in any of the hotel bedrooms when sharing a room whereby the third night is received complimentary including a free breakfast for two people on the third morning. The offer applies to bed and breakfast packages only and any other meals are charged at the normal rate. This offer only applies to direct bookings with the hotel when quoting “3 for 2” and does not apply to third party bookings and can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion.
Winter 2 night Special (2026) T&Cs
The Winter 2 night Special offer entitles two people to two nights accommodation including breakfast based on two people sharing a room, with a dinner allocation of £60 per couple on the first night of their stay for a total cost of £200. Alternatively, for a total cost of £250, a dinner allocation of £60 per couple per night is included on both nights. The dinner allocation is applicable to food only and any drinks or additional food consumed is charged as a supplement at the standard rate as specified on the menus. The offer is available from Sundays to Fridays between 1st January and 26th March 2026 and is not applicable to Saturdays. This offer can be used for other room categories whereby a room supplement is charged at the standard rate. This offer is subject to availability and only applicable to bookings made directly with the hotel at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and can not be amended at any later date or it’s value transferred to any cash value. Amendments make the offer invalid. For the offer to be valid the customer must have stated that they wish to purchase the Winter 2 night Special offer at the time of booking. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion. In the event of cancellation of the offer less than 24 hours before arrival, the full amount is payable.
Sunday Night Date Night Offer T&Cs
The Sunday Night Date Night Offer entitles two people to stay in a comfortable or cosy room for just £30 if both people have purchased a three course meal in Hansom’s Restaurant on the same Sunday evening. A minimum spend on food of £30 per person is required to be eligible for the offer. Drinks are charged at the standard rate and the purchase of drinks is not included in the minimum spend. The £30 stay over applies to Cost or Comfortable double rooms only, and whilst other room categories are included in this offer, they attract the usual standard room upgrade charges. Breakfast is not included in the offer and an optional breakfast can be purchased at a special rate of £10 per person when taking up this offer. This offer is subject to availability and valid on Sunday nights only between the 19th January and 8th February 2026. This offer only applies to advance bookings at least 24 hours prior to arrival when quoting “Date Night” at the time of booking and can not be amended at any later date or it’s value transferred to any cash value. Amendments make the offer invalid. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion.
20% Off Food, Mondays to Thursdays 2026 T&Cs
Customers who present a 20% food discount voucher are entitled to a 20% discount off their food purchase Mondays to Thursdays between 19th January and 12th February 2026. The discount does not apply to drinks, or food purchased as part of a 2 course or 3 course set menu offer but only applies to individually priced menu items. The offer is not an automatic discount during the validity period but is only valid when a customer presents a signed voucher alto the server when paying their bill at the time of purchase. Residents on a bed and breakfast package or dinner, bed and breakfast package already have a food discount applied to the meals within their package and the food discount voucher can not be used towards any meals within the accommodation package. The discount voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other hotel offer or promotion.
