Our staff will not enter your room during your stay unless requested by you to undertake daily housekeeping of your room. Alternatively, additional clean towels, toiletries and refreshment are available upon request by dialling ‘0’ and will be placed outside your room.

Dogs are welcomed in all but the Four Poster & Luxury rooms at an extra charge of £20 per night, per dog.  Please specify at the time of booking to guarantee your dog’s reservation.

Please note that dogs are not permitted to be left in rooms unattended and unsupervised, and dining with your four-legged friend can be arranged in our dog-friendly dining areas when pre-arranged, although pre-booking is advised due to a limited number of tables available.

Family rooms and suites are available with children under 12 sleeping on camp beds or sofa beds and children are charged £20 per child per night including breakfast.

We offer free parking on site but can not guarantee this for every guest due to the limited parking spaces available.

Additional parking facilities are available opposite the hotel for a small charge.
