Food and drink are at the heart of The Bulkeley experience. Whether you're looking for restaurants in Beaumaris for a special evening out or simply a relaxed coffee with a view, we have a dining space to suit every mood.
Menus are served daily from 7.30am to 9pm across a choice of settings.
Due to the popularity of our restaurants, advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Residents are only guaranteed the option to dine if choosing a 'Dinner, Bed & Breakfast' accommodation package or an advance table reservation has been made prior to arrival.
Coffee Lounge
Enjoy a relaxing pace and a friendly welcome in our Traditional Coffee Lounge. A wonderful spot for brunch, a light lunch or a sweet delight, with spellbinding views across the Menai Strait — or take it alfresco on our garden terrace. Open daily.
The Bistro
For those who prefer a more casual setting, each of our menus is also served in The Bistro — our family bar and grill. Enjoy a drink from the bar or relaxed dining in a warm, informal atmosphere, from light bites to hearty favourites.
Hansom's
Dine in Georgian elegance in Hansom's at The Bulkeley. A delectable afternoon tea, family Sunday lunch or leisurely à la carte dining can be enjoyed each evening in our elegant dining room, with our resident pianist playing at weekends.
Llewelyn
The Llewelyn Suite offers a relaxed yet refined setting in which to enjoy everything from a leisurely breakfast to an evening meal. With the hotel’s classic Georgian character and the beautiful Menai Strait on your doorstep.
Bar
The cosiest corner of The Bulkeley. Dark panelling, brass rails and deep armchairs made for settling into — with real ales, local gins and a well-stocked whisky shelf behind the bar, and a classic cocktail list for something with a little more theatre.
